Pets are allowed on request. Public parking is available near the house, unloading can be done at the front door. Needless to say, shopping facilities in supermarkets are in the vicinity.

The apartment has a living room with balcony access, sofa (fold out to double bed), armchairs. On the same level there is one bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and dishwasher and bathroom / toilet. Another very large room in the attic can be reached via a spiral staircase. It is furnished with two single beds, wardrobe, sofa and table. This room can equipped with extra beds. The apartment has of course central heating and is fully furnished. The property has direct access to lake Grimnitzsee. The lawn, located at the lake's shore, can be used with due consideration to the other residents. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is located near the Heerstraße in the middle of Berlin's lakes area which include Stoessensee, Grimnitzsee, Pichelsee and Havel. It's in close proximity to restaurants and other catering establishments, partly in the marinas.

Bus M49 departs every 10 minutes on the doorstep

Connectivity and tourism:

Every ten minutes, the M49 bus line connects directly to your doorstep Waldbühne with its summer concerts, the Olympic Stadium and the Exhibition Center on International Congress Center ICC. Continue with the subway line U2 from the Theodor-Heuss-Platz as the beginning of the straight axis through Berlin, Unter den Linden boulevard and Kaiserdamm. The U2 takes you through the stations of Deutsche Oper, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Zoologischer Garten and Kurfürstendamm, Wittenbergplatz with KaDeWe (Kaufhaus Des Westens), Sony Center Potsdamer Platz and to Alexanderplatz, including its historical context.
